  Consulting, planning, research, design. Certified

  Rehabilitation SHPO/NPS. Extensive interior and

  exterior rehabilitation featured removal of later

  additions, reconstruction of original front porch and

  balconette. Restorations and reconstruction of arched

  windows and metal window hoods, recasting and

  restoration of cresting, preservation/reconstruction of flat

  seam roofing/built-in gutters. Interior rehabilitation

  featured removal of ten apartments, restorations of

  rooms, installation of mechanical systems and alarm

  system, extensive millwork, plastering, graining,

  painting, stenciling, tiles, et. al.
