exterior preservation/rehabilitation.
Reconstruction built-in gutters, widow's walk flat seam
metal work, chimney reconstruction, porch stabilization,
all windows removed/rebuilt/refit, apron frames, jambs
rebuilt, utilities removed and buried, structural
stabilization includes foundation repair, repointing,
underpining, new system of post, pier, and beam,
shoring/bracing for sill plate replacement,
reattachment. Painting, new wood shingle roof, millwork
reconstruction.
